An Idea That
Became a World
Crimson Chamber did not begin with a production line, a publishing company or a team of artists. It began as an idea in my head. I imagined a world, its characters, its mysteries and the atmosphere surrounding it. But I wanted to do more than simply imagine it. I wanted to bring it to life.
I started creating the visual world behind the game, developing comic-style scenes and artwork to give the characters and their surroundings an identity. I wasn't a comic artist. I was learning, experimenting and finding ways to translate what I imagined into something people could actually see.
Gradually, that world began taking the form of a card game. Ideas turned into mechanics. Characters and abilities found their place in the gameplay. The game went through development, refinement and repeated playtesting, with the aim of making the experience feel as distinctive as the world behind it.
What started as something that existed only in my imagination slowly became a physical product, something that could be held, opened and played.
